House Season 8 Episode 5

"The Confession "

This episode opens with a community service award ceremony honoring this man in a town called Cedarville. The next scene is that man having an affair Miss Cedarville. Something happens to him. She thinks it's a heart attack and takes him to the hospital.

Chase and Taub are wanting to come back!! Foreman asking why.
Foreman wants them to spy on House for him to help keep House out of prison.
Taub needs a babysitter for his TWO KIDS.

AHH House said horizontal mumbo.
Yi said Taub is taller than she thought he would be. HA.

Surprise. The patient lied about the cuts on legs. It WAS an affair.
House is banging on Wilson's door then starts snooping around his office.
He thinks Wilson is babysitting Taub's babies.
And he totally is. He was hiding them behind the curtains.

Adams and Chase are flirting.
House wants to DNA test Taub's kids.

During a stress test, the patient has a seizure. Wilson is still babysitting.
Foreman complaining to Wilson about about handling House.
Perhaps foreman can't handle his new big boy pants.

The team is trying to induce another seizure with a strobe light but it didn't work.
Some of the team go to the hotel they had the affair at to check for environmental factors.

The rest of the team is analyzing the sleeping patterns of the patient. Tumor in his neck?
House figures out what caused it and how to fix it quickly.

The patient won't consent to surgery until he can talk to his wife.
He wants to tell her about the affair.
She takes it well and seems to believe they can move past it.

HAHAHA
House has the entire hospital betting on which kid actually belongs to Taub and which kid is not his.
Taub catches Wilson trying to steal a fork for a DNA test.

It wasn't a tumor. It was a lymph node. Lymphoma?
The patient is crashing. His liver is failing. He needs a liver transplant.

The next scene shows the hospital lobby full of people waiting to get tested to see of they're a match for liver transplant. The patient admits his affair. Then he starts admitting several things to all these people . . like he's been ripping them all off for years and lost $10000 gambling.
"I'm not the man you thought I was."
After his big spill, only two donors were left and neither was a match.

Taub does his own DNA test.
Oooo there's tension between Chase and Foreman.
The patient's liver is healing itself and he is telling all kinds of truths and admitting everything.

The team suspect allergies . . . to the affair girl. They bring her in and check her.
The patient's wife never wants to see him again. Big surprise.
The patient has a severe allergic reaction (hives) to wheat but it doesn't show on blood smear.

Chase calls Foreman a sellout. YEAH.
Ha. House took Taub's DNA test results after manipulating Taub into providing them and replaces them with monkey DNA. The patient's skin is coming off.
The team solved it (didn't catch the name) but there's no cure.

They can't give him pain meds because it will make his condition worse.
The patient has one more confession:  he murdered his business partner and 3 or 4 more people.

Chase figures out that it's a neurological problem. An aneurysm is symptom of the autoimmune disease he has that's linked to carpet cleaner that was on carpet at the hotel that gave him rug burn.

The patient's wife shows up. Chase explained to her that her disease made him admit things he's never done.
He lies to her face about the affair and says it didn't happen either.

House is manipulaing Foreman.
The construction work on House's office is done.
The wall lifts up and looks straight into Wilson's office.
HAHA.

The preview looks good, like always.
